Nicole has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Victoria since 2003, and Campus Director at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy since 2009.
Nicole uses a wide variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial release for treating many conditions such as stress disorders, repetitive strain injuries, and general relaxation.
Nicole has also undergone further postgraduate training in the treatment of pregnant women. She has developed a variety of techniques to help decrease low back and hip discomfort, along with upper shoulder and neck tension, specifically experienced during pregnancy. She also regularly teaches new moms infant massage techniques and self-care post-pregnancy.
Nicole recognizes the importance of educating each patient on how they can help themselves, allowing them to be more active in their own health care. No matter what you may be suffering from, Nicole is able to design a treatment and homecare regime specific to your needs.
As well as being a massage therapist and an educator, Nicole is also the proud mother of 2 children, Anya and Zevryn.
