At the age of 34, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) changed the shape of Linda’s head and her life. Up until then, a flat spot on the back of her head had been a neat trick for balancing various items but a CST session with her Massage Therapist (RMT) released the flat spot and put her on a new path forward.
She immediately enrolled in courses to become a CST practitioner. Four years later, Linda quit her job as a newspaper journalist and went back to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Three years into her RMT career Linda went to Portland, OR to take CST training to work on infants. Now Linda works with newborns, children and adults using CST and Massage Therapy.
Linda respectfully acknowledges and thanks the Lekwungen speaking people, the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations on whose traditional territory she works, learns, and lives.
Linda is committed to providing a safe and supportive space for healing and empowerment. She is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
